These are not negotiable, because they are the entire reason a buyer will send money to someone they have never met.

Verified identity
Business documents, PAN, address proof, GSTIN where you hold one, and dismantler or RVSF registration where it applies. Checked by a person before you can bid.

Photographs of the actual part
At least four on every bid: front, rear, the connector or label, and any damage. Photographs of a similar part, or pictures pulled off the internet, mean removal from the platform.

Honest condition and warranty
State the condition accurately and say what warranty you are offering, including if it is none. A stated warranty is a promise we will hold you to.

Legitimate stock only
Parts must come from legally obtained vehicles. We keep permanent records of every listing. Airbags and pyrotechnic restraints are not permitted at all.
