You are welcome to obscure any details you would prefer not to share before sending a photograph.

5. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

Suppliers and dismantlers — vehicle and part specification, so they can identify the right component. We do not pass on your contact details for their own marketing.
Courier and transport partners — name, delivery address and contact number, so your part can be delivered.
Payment processors — where an online payment is made. We do not store card details.
Service providers that host this website or process enquiry submissions on our behalf.
Authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried on WhatsApp's platform and is subject to their terms and privacy policy in addition to this one. We keep the conversation as a record of your enquiry.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, warranty period and dispute window. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Photographs sent for identification are kept alongside the enquiry record.
