The problem we set out to solve
Two things are true at the same time in the Indian car parts market. New OEM parts for older vehicles can be extraordinarily expensive — often a large fraction of what the car itself is worth. And the used parts market, which should be the obvious answer, is fragmented, hard to navigate and wildly inconsistent in quality.
If you need an alternator for a nine-year-old car, you are choosing between a new OEM part priced as though the car were new, and a used market where you cannot easily tell what you are buying, who you are buying from, or what happens if it fails a week later.

What we do differently
We are a sourcing platform, not a yard. When you tell us what you need, we go and find it — across our own stock and a network of experienced dismantlers, suppliers and legally compliant vehicle recycling sources. Then we do the part that usually gets skipped:
- Better identification. We match on generation, engine, variant and transmission — not just model name and year — because that is what actually determines fit.
- Better testing. We run the checks that suit each component type, and we tell you what those checks were, including where a test was not possible.
- Better communication. Photographs of the actual part. Condition notes. Warranty status stated before you buy. A clear answer when we cannot source something.
- Better customer experience. One point of contact, in plain language, from enquiry to delivery.
About the name
Sasta means affordable. It does not mean cheap in the sense of poor quality, and that distinction is the whole point of the business. We are here to make good parts affordable — not to make cheap parts look good.
Where we source from
Our parts come from experienced dismantlers, suppliers and legally compliant vehicle recycling and scrapping sources. Components are selected on condition and suitability for the application, and appropriate parts are tested and validated before they are offered to a customer.
We are not a scrap dealer, and we do not operate like one. We will decline a part rather than pass on something we would not fit to our own vehicle.
